The Title of the Novel gives us a faint idea of what the story is mainly about but when you really start reading this masterpiece by our own Indian author Ashwin Sanghi you will never regret reading a book such as this. A complete new experience it was to me reading a book which not only made me awestruck but also made me know more about my culture and religion. Every time you flip the pages of this novel you feel like going on and on till you read those last few words of the novel. But in the last few chapters the novel looses its grip and ends at an awkward note.
The book has great twists and Sanghi even makes the expected the unexpected. The novel really makes us believe that the Mahabharata and the Ramayana are real stories. Already a fan of Indian myth, I had a great time reading this novel and was about to rate it as one of the best books i have ever ready but the awkward and a bit silly ending made my impression and expectations of the book go down.
But i tell you that it is a must read. Initially i would have given this novel a four but just due to the ending my rating for this book is a three and a half out of five.
Rating - 3(1/2)/5
