This book series, even though for kids was the most jaw opening series i have read. With unexpected accidents and twisted endings this book has all the fun you need. Every page has a link to the main story that is there are no extra parts of the story which could have been omitted.Another exciting thing about the series is that the author includes himself into the story as the antagonist.(i am not that sure cause sometimes he also helps the protagonists.) The book ends at such a weird and twisted note that it tempts you to read the second book to which is much more entertaining than the first part. The sad thing about the series is that it is really written in some other language and Scholastic translates these books to English and sells them. But they stopped the translation after book four of the nine book series. Due to this you won't be able to know the complete story of the Ulysses Moore series even though it is one of the best books i have read. This book gets a three and a half out of five.
